1. About these terms
These Terms of Service govern your use of this website and any purchase you make from Darchitectures ApS ("we," "us," "our"). By placing an order or otherwise using this site, you agree to these terms. For our company registration details and contact information, see our Legal Notice.
2. Products
Aum, Hiba, and Fujian are released in limited quantities of 200 bottles each. Once a scent sells out, it will not be restocked under the same edition. We make reasonable efforts to display colors, packaging, and descriptions accurately, but slight variations between what's shown on screen and the physical product may occur.
Our fragrances contain alcohol. By purchasing, you confirm you are of legal age in your jurisdiction to purchase alcohol-containing products.
3. Pricing and payment
All prices are listed in EUR and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already placed and confirmed. Payment is processed at the time of order through our payment provider.
4. Order acceptance
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability. If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, you will receive a full refund.

6. Returns and cancellation
Your right to return or cancel an order is set out in our Refund Policy, including the hygiene-seal exemption that applies to opened bottles.
7. Intellectual property
All content on this site — including product names, bottle and packaging designs, photography, and text — is the property of Darchitectures ApS or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use this content commercially without our written permission.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to use this site for any unlawful purpose, to attempt unauthorized access to our systems, or to interfere with the site's normal operation.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Darchitectures ApS is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this site or our products. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by Danish law. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the EU, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence may also apply, and nothing here limits those rights.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will apply to orders placed after the updated terms are posted.
