Worth knowing: German law (§ 5 TMG) expects a way to make rapid electronic contact, and email is generally accepted as sufficient by current interpretation — but this is the one point in this document where enforcement has historically been strict (formal warning letters over incomplete Impressums are common in Germany). If Germany/Austria are meaningful markets rather than nominal EU coverage, worth a quick sanity check with a lawyer on whether email alone holds up.
